THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR CONTINUED SUPPORT AND LOYALTY! TO ENSURE A SMOOTHER BOOKING EXPERIENCE AND TO BETTER PROTECT OUR TIME, WE HAVE MADE SOME IMPORTANT UPDATES TO MY POLICIES. PLEASE UNDERSTAND & RESPECT THE FOLLOWING RESCHEDULING GUIDELINES. OUR TIME IS VALUABLE JUST LIKE YOURS AND TOGETHER WITH COMMUNICATION WE CAN AVOID AN UPSET IN OUR CALENDAR. ALL APPOINTMENTS WILL REQUIRE A $35 NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER TO SECURE YOUR SPOT. THE DEPOSIT WILL ONLY BE REFUNDED IN CASES OF PERSONAL EMERGENCIES OR SICKNESS. UPDATED POLICIES: * IF YOU RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL BEFORE 48 HOURS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOUR BOOKING-DEPOSIT WILL REMAIN VALID FOR 30 DAYS FROM THE ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT DATE. * IF A CLIENT RESCHEDULES OR CANCELS WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THEIR APPOINTMENT, THEY WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE SERVICE COST. * IF A CLIENT IS 15 OR MORE MINUTES LATE, IT WILL BE CONSIDERED A NO-CALL NO-SHOW, AND THEY WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SERVICE COST. * ALL NO-CALL NO-SHOW APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SERVICE.
